App Images

There are a few image types you should be familiar with as you design your app:

  • Icons
  • Loading Images
  • Background Images

In the left-hand menu, go to App Stores > Phone Settings.  For iPad images, go to App Stores > iPad Settings.  For each image, click the blue "Add" button and browse to the desired image.  Afterwards, be sure to click the green "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

Icons

Your app icon is one of the most, if not the most, important part of your App Building Process. Your app icon can make or break your app and should not be an afterthought - it should be a mark that encompasses your brand identity, stands out, and is memorable. Remember that it will be amongst other app icons on the end user's device, so make it count!

You have the option to upload these images before or after you've created your app. When creating a new App , you have the ability to upload your Splash Images in the New Application Details section or once your app has been created you can access your Splash Images in the App Stores > Phone Settings section (Android/iPhone 4, iPhone 5) and the App Stores > iPad Settings section (iPad).
