Unable to Download Error
Problem
I tried installing my app on my iPhone/iPad and an "Unable to Download" error message popped up preventing me from installing. Why is this?
Solution
If you're seeing this error message, it is possible your Provisioning Profile or Global Certificate in your Apple Developer Account has expired. Please check if these items are still active. If they have not expired, please contact our help desk for assistance.
