NPI Codes Disappearing

Problem

After placing my NPI codes into the appropriate spaces in the appblock, I click apply and they disappear. Why is that?

Solution

If you're seeing this issue, it's possible you may have copy and pasted the codes in. If so, this is the cause of the issue. Please type the codes in manually and try applying the settings again. If you did not copy and paste or if you tried this solution and it did not work and you're still seeing the issue, please contact our help desk.
