Not Receiving Build Emails

Problem

I've clicked send test app/build for distribution and still have not received my build email. Why is this?

Solution

If it has been over 15 minutes and you still have not received your build email, it's possible your email client is blocking our build emails. Please whitelist "newappbuild@mobilesmith.com" to ensure you receive the build emails. If this still does not resolve the problem, please contact our help desk.
